Spring Break Sewing

A little bit of sewing got done over Spring Break. Not much though, because most of the time I was either at work or still cleaning up the sewing room.

I made an apron, which will probably be given to my mom for Mother's Day. She loves sailing and I had found the perfect fabric with sail boats last June. I didn't know what to make with it then, but now it's:

I also got very far on the pair of stays I have been working on. The eyelets are now all finished and the only thing left is to do the binding on the bottom of the stays.

They're nowhere near perfect, but I'm pretty happy with them considering they're only the 2nd pair that I've made.
